TenCate Industrial Fabrics is a division of TenCate Geosynthetics and offers textile based solutions for agricultural, recreational and specialty markets. This is a global initiative providing our valued customers with textiles manufactured from either our US, European, or Asian facilities.
We would like to get in contact with talented people that are looking for an Internship or Graduation project within any of the markets we serve and/or any adjacent market.
Basic Duties and Responsibilities:
- Able to define a clear project with clear objectives
- Able to create and (partly) implement a Strategic Plan.
- Analytical skills to evaluate markets and develop plans.
- Decent skills to manage a project (definition, planning, realization).
- Partner closely with the project team to get the best out of your project.
- A willingness to take on any task necessary to get the job done, bring positive energy in a team and actively contribute as part of the team.
- A strong desire to learn new skills and technologies.
- Demonstrates initiative and proactively and professionally communicates with internal customers, colleagues, management, and (if necessary) external customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum education required: In final year(s) of a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum experience required: We prefer that someone can demonstrate a tangible link to any of the markets we serve and/or any adjacent markets.
- Must be willing to travel every now and then (at the cost of the company).
- Good skills in software applications like MS Office, Teams, Dynamics.
- Description of working conditions/physical surroundings: Depending on location, can work out of home office, or a company provided office environment.
