TenCate Industrial Fabrics is a division of TenCate Geosynthetics and offers textile based solutions for agricultural, recreational and specialty markets. This is a global initiative providing our valued customers with textiles manufactured from either our US, European, or Asian facilities.
We would like to get in contact with talented people that have a work history in selling & developing new business in the markets we serve and/or any adjacent market. Technical textile experience is a plus.
Basic Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create, implement and maintain a Strategic Plan.
- Analytical skills to evaluate markets and develop sales plans.
- Partner closely with the leadership team to drive continues improvement.
- Drive sales growth & profitably.
- Oversee new business and product development projects.
- A willingness to take on any task necessary to get the job done, bring positive energy in a team and actively contribute as part of the team.
- A strong desire to learn new skills and technologies.
- Demonstrates initiative and proactively communicates with internal customers, colleagues, management, and external customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum education required: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing.
- Minimum experience required: 3-5 years in any of the market or activities that we are involved in today with the ability to work with minimum supervision. A strong sense of customer and or market focus. Good organizational and planning skills as well as excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- Must be willing to travel regularly.
- Good skills in software applications like MS Office, Teams, Dynamics.
Description of working conditions/physical surroundings: Depending on location, can work out of home office, or a company provided office environment.
